Appeal!

The October 15 is declared as an “International White Cane Safety Day”. Events regarding this day are organized in Latvia nine years. In Latvia there are about 11 000 persons suffered with eye deceases. Blindness is one the most severe disablement form.

LC Riga has decided to support such persons and appeal to donate to help. Donation will be transferred to “Latvian Society of the blind” on October 15.
