 At February 11, 2010 we held a meeting together with LC Kylmäkoski Club members from Finland.
|
 The October 15 is declared as an “International White Cane Safety Day”. Events regarding this day are organized in Latvia nine years. In Latvia there are about 11 000 persons suffered with eye deceases. Blindness is one the most severe disablement form.
