Zone meeting
The Zone Forum of Latvia LCI will be held on March 15, in Riga, Jersikas street 15, at 11:00 am, with the following agenda:
1. Welcome by Zone Chairman Zigurds Beinerts and Coordinating Lion Harald Dräger
2. Address by Area Leader Harri Ala Kulju
3. Situation report of the Latvian Lions Organisation especially in the Light of the Economical Crisis in Latvia – estimation of the Lions development in Latvia - Zigurds
4. Latest Development the EEP (Eastern European Program) – future intentions - Harri
5. Situation in the single Lions Clubs and development chances – presidents, Harald
6. Development of the Latvian Lions Organisation as a whole – planning and intentions – the need of expansion in the country - Harri, Harald, Zigurds, Presidents
7. What about a new possibility–perhaps start with Branch Clubs wherever appropriate- Harri
8. Discussion and election of a Zone Chairman for 2009/2010 and perhaps an additional representative Baltic Sea Lions – Harald
9. Planning and preparation of the Zone Forum 9th of May 2009
